Guidelines for using this set:
- Carve out some time when you won't be disturbed, about 30 minutes.
- Put on some soothing, healing meditation music. Set a timer for about 15 minutes.
- Lie down with your well cleansed stones next to you on the bed and place them on their corresponding chakra, from the root chakra and working your way up. Alternatively, you can sit down with the stones surrounding you in a circle.
- Focus on your breath and allow the crystals to bring energy and balance to your session.
- Once your timer goes off, take your stones off from the crown chakra and make your way down to the root chakra.
- Journal down any experiences.
- Cleanse your stones and pack them away.

USPS has been experiencing delays with overwhelming volume. Family Enchantments does our best processing orders as quickly as possible. Once USPS has your item we do not have control over transport. If you're experiencing delays you can check your tracking daily for updates or call USPS for more information.
Buyer is responsible for filing a claim for their missing package.
Shipping cost may vary due to item weight. We do the best to get you the absolute lowest price but we also do not want to risk damaging your Family Enchantments items by not paying for proper packaging required for your items.
FAMILY ENCHANTMENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Processing time is not the same as delivery time. Excludes holidays/weekends.
Shipping
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday or holidays.
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
Tracking
Note: All shipment methods come with tracking. However, Express Mail requires a signature at delivery.
If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deem fit to the mail carrier.
We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer. A restock fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 25% of the total charge per item.
Separate packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office. There will be a tracking number for each package
Return Shipping (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
